Hello Gorgeous,

I have a obsession for seeing the best in people and helping them to see it in themselves. I love celebrating in their success, finding ways to lift each other up and believe each stage in our-lives has its own purpose and amazing story to tell. I want every person to feel amazing, empowered and confident in what ever way that may look like to them. There is no one like you and remembering to embrace who you are is the greatest things you can do! We should get to feel masculine and feminine knowing it's ok to be both and utilize the most basic tool we have.......emotional body language. 

Commonly referred to as AJ, I have been creating Boudoir art since 2010 and have loved every minute of it. I moved out of my dark basment studio and opened my, Stony Plain Boudoir studio, in 2015 to be able to truly offer the whole Luxury Boudoir Experience.

Boudoir is so much more to me then just sexy seductive photos it is getting in touch with ourselves and a celebration. 

For many reasons job, life, family we tend to lose ourselves or a part of ourselves wether we feel it is not important, guilty or busy helping/pleasing others. We can not be truly amazing until we take care of number one! One part of that is recognizing our own beauty and uniqueness, straightening our own crown from time to time, knowing we are priceless and having unconditional love for ourselves just the way we are. 

Ok, ok, lets also just be plain and simple who doesn't like to feel sexy, powerful and truly breathtaking????? Exactly so what you waiting for?

 

Tid Bit's about me:

- Emotions, I love all of them, I am always aiming to capture the true real emotions.

- I’m a perfectionist but far from perfect and a pleaser at heart.

- 100% obsessed with finding the good in life and recognizing the beauty, seeing people full of spirit, excitement and passion is what it is all about.

- Always dancing, moving, just general ant's in my pants!

- I married the most amazing man and he is just as ridiculous as me.

 

Where it started for me: For me it all started with art my mother collected and sketched, it was lines and curves of the human body/profile that told a whole story yet they were not whole. I became intrigued in how curves, body placement/language, silhouettes and expressions could evoke such a response or feeling. Over the years I turned to other mediums and started following ads/editorial, one in particular Guess ads. They were raw, simple but yet filled with emotion. I loved how a look with ones eyes and a gesture of their hands could change the whole feel of the image making it strong, powerful, and sensual. Demanding your attention! Where other art and images played on a soft, tender almost fragile feel that left you longing. I became aware of body language, feminine traits, masculine traits, confidence and how all of these things changed our perception of ourselves and those around us. How we hold ourselves is such a powerful tool and can be used intentionally or unintentionally. I grew a love for women like Marylin Monroe although she didn't pave a way as one might think, she was in-tune with herself and understood how to use it, this in its self is very powerful. There was something beautiful, strong, captivating, sexy, and absolutely charismatic about her. She demanded your attention! I realized I could see these traits in every women even if they couldn't. Some long to be like these women but really we all are we just need to find it in ourselves.

Every women has a Marilyn Monroe in them!

 

Why Photography:

Photography became an obsession when I realized I could freeze a moment and emotion that could later be reflected upon and invoke powerful emotions. Capturing something or someone from a different point of view that all on it's own creates a statement. . . . . . . yep right there is all the why!

 

 

I strive to know my clients personally, this allows me to get excited with them, capture true emotions and create art they can relate to.
